The Escrow Update must be removed. What are you going to do for the people who don't have a phone that can download Steam? Besides, this update completely ruins the trading experience.

Penalizing those who do not own a spartphone by holding a trade for 3 days is cruel. Even those who own smartphones detest this escrow feature. I cancelled a trade after escrow went live, now I'm banned for trading for 7 days. I will hold accountable if I have been scammed, no need for you to intervene.

I personally think valve shouldn't add Escrow to steam. there are other ways to prevent scammers or hackers.
