I might be able to activate the authenticator, but I can still imagine it frustrating for people who do not have the right equipment to do this.

Imagine how limited people from Third World Countries will now be, trading on Steam was the one thing that made them enough money to continue to buy Steam games. With Escrow, that may no longer be possible.
