Escrow or "trade hold" is still a terrible idea as it causes way too much of a inconvenience to all the traders in tf2, csgo and even dota 2. I would also destroy many of the users who dont have any sort of phone whatsoever and do not have the money to buy a phone. Either have the escrow completely remove or improve steam app to be available to all phone brands.
