Escrow is going to kill a major part of the trading community, that and not everyone has access to a mobile. Especially a one that can run the steam app, throwing a discount for people that have a mobile verification is a good sign that Valve knows this is going to be the same disaster as the P2P workshop. There ARE other ways to educate people on scammers, don't handicap the community for the small majority of those that don't know.
