Once again it's the giants picking on the little guys. They need to stop mixing their heart drinks with hallucinogenics & just stay in their own lane, do their research thoroughly (which is clear that they haven't, because looks nothing like the monster logo,) mind their own business & stop picking on the little guys & hiring Lionel Hutz as their attorney!! MONSTER company is a BULLY. This logo looks nothing like monster logo and they should be out of business as their (monster) products are terrible for the human body, causing addiction, heartattacks and many other problems.

As a follower of Stay Shredded, I do not feel the brand is misleading anyone. Monster Energy and Stay Shredded are two different franchises with two very different goals. I fail to see how anyone could confuse this with an Energy drink.

I never noticed it looked like the monster trademark. I use this brand not for the logo but the equipment and clothing. The thought of Monster Energy never crossed my mind when seeing the logo.
