The Stay shredded official name does have 3 marks but it looks nothing like the monster energy logo. The name represents that fat has been shredded off the body. Meanwhile the monster logo has 3 claw marks that look like poorly designed claws in order to form an M. The Stay shredded name has 3 separated tears that don't meet and also have subsequent material debris outside the marks. I think this should be taken into consideration when deciding the outcome.

I have no idea how these two look alike I drink monster drinks from time to time can’t say I would see the stay shredded logo and think they are at all linked.
