This type of lawsuit is nothing more than a legal form of extortion. "If" this is truly the sole basis of their law suit how can they not be criminally liable? If a lawsuit is blatantly baseless and this large corporation forces you to spend money to legally defend yourself, I would hope there are legal options in place that entitle you to financial recovery. I would also hope that monster is held accountable. As an average consumer I cannot for the life of me see ANY resemblance whatsoever. Monster has a unique logo. The other logo indicated does not resemble it in any way shape of form.
