I in no way have believed that stay shredded is in any way linked to Monster energy drinks and nothing in there logo would lead me to believe they were.

This is stupidity and greed at its finest the logo looks nothing like theirs not do I think it reminds me of anything to do with the monster energy drink, what a waste of court time... Throw the case out and award damages to the small guys for a change trying to make a living not the corporate giant squeezing everyone dry and reaching at best to only this is remotely similar
