Stay shredded is nothing like monster at all. Don't know how a fitness brand can get accused of copying an energy drink brand. Makes no sense.

I see no similarity or relation whatsoever between the two companies. Just by looking at the logo, I can recognise Monster. I have not seen the Stay Shredded logo until now and there is no misleading or deception to make one think that they are anyway related to Monster, or even attempting to pretend to be ripping them off. Absolutely ridiculous waste of people's time and money. Not touching Monster ever again

I don't believe that it confuses one or somewhat causes to believe that the logo is of the monster company therefore I would say that the allegation against stay shredded is baseless.
