This all has to do with the type of font being used. The end result is if this resembles...but not the exact like. Due to the nature of your product they will have an argument. Will this win, doubtful but be careful they are and have been a publicly traded company for more than 5 yrs now and since there is a large sum of currency throughout the cooperation they will do what they can. Stand behind your product color, design and graphic details such as font style, italics or boldness and you should be fine but hang on for the ride.
