I knew him when I was a kid he was the dad to my girlfriend, And he was a wonderful wonderful man. He loves his family at home and at Yale. He will truly be missed by all that loved him RIP!!

First and foremost, Carm was a gracious man who loved and cared about people, especially the team members. There’s not a better example of in loco parentis. Secondly, and not widely attributed, he had a fantastic memory for faces.
