I believe He should stay because He is an amazing commander. I don't see why it is time to change it.

I honestly believe Strat should be removed based on comments I've heard.

I think he should be replaced becuase hes been inactive most of the time and we haven't been getting any trainings for him for the past few weeks or so.

I think he should be removed because, 1. He's inactive. 2. He can be quite mean. 3. He is only coming on when a poll is made. 4. He barely does any tests. 5. He's not improving the SL. 6. He is trying to alienate SL 7. He's attempting to look good infront of the new members so they think he's active. 8. There have been lots of complaints about him, Since hes been SLC all of this started.

He hasn't improved the scouts behavior one bit, inactive, A new commander is needed so the scouts can imrpove.

Like Owen Said he is Inactive and when ever a pole to get a new SLC he becomes active and when we get new cadets that join the scouts he tries to make it seem like hes active and a good leader

Inactive Leader, Havnt seen him once other then graduation and even then he left early

He's Inactive, He doesn't host many trainings, He doesn't let us do exams, He tends to go with others that he favours ,, The scouts are going down hill, He can't lead, We're just falling apart
