Mr Ragozzinoo's comments in no way affected my decision to not spend any more money at blackpool fc for as long as the vile oyston family remain at the club. I feel the actions of the oystons in bringing this matter before a court is frivolous and an attempt to stop free speech and legal protests.

The owners of Blackpool FC are a disgrace. The way in which they have milked the club dry of every player of value that has ever played for the club since promotion and relegation is wrong. They publicly taunt fans on websites and then take legal action against these fans - their customers. They should not be allowed to be in control of a football club.

Why did Karl Oyston " bump" the thread under his psedonym "The DarkLord" . He is a high profil poster and using the one word post "bump" is a deliberate attempt to draw attention and put the whole thread to the top of the message board.Thus he has deliberately promoted the "defamation" and so the case should be thrown out and he should be considered as acting in contempt of court
