Due to the reduction of tax revenue in the State of Michigan as a direct result of the COVID restriction imposed by Governor Whitmer and the Department of Health and Human Services ALL State employees and contract workers shall have their pay reduced to a level where they may collect unemployment.
Once ALL restrictions have removed on businesses and family gatherings a group of 3 Republicans and 3 Democrats, each to be appointed by their respective state party leader, will review the whether the departments and employee/contract workers shall be considered essential. If they are deemed essential by a 4:2 margin, the departments/employee will be allowed to receive their full pay and return to work. There will be no retroactive pay. Contributions towards medical and dental insurance must continue to be paid.

If everyone else is suffering with zero income then these state workers dont deserve to be sitting pretty on my tax dime while small businesses go belly up.
