I urge my government to enact an 80% tax credit for investors in startups and to make investing in startups available to all Americans who choose to invest. Startups rely on funds from friends, family and others that they can connect with. In these difficult economic times, most investors are afraid to risk their personal money making it very difficult to form the startup businesses that fuel American prosperity. I am in favor of an 80% tax credit for individual men and women investing in startups. I believe that by people helping people and getting involved with others, all American will benefit and the economy will expand and provide more opportunities for all Americans.
