Dear Stardust Ranch HOA Members,

As a member of the Stardust Ranch Homeowners Association, I, Dan Daman, would like to invite you to sign this petition so that our voices will be heard at a meeting we call for.

Article II section 2.4 Special Meetings. The President may call special meetings. In addition, it shall be the duty of the President to call a special meeting if so directed by resolution of the Board of Directors or upon a petition signed by Members representing at least 40% of the total votes of all Members. No business except as stated in the notice shall be transacted at a special meeting of the Members.

This meeting will cover various topics of general member interest, including but not limited to the replacement of Globolink as the management company, issues with the current Board of Directors and possible Board member(s) removal and replacement, COVENANTS, CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS Evaluation Committee, holding Royal Crest accountable for unfinished Easements and Open Spaces, and making motions to be voted on by the members.

The meeting will take place at a future unspecified date and location, once this petition receives sufficient signatures, and we encourage all members to sign as soon as possible so the board may hold the in person meeting
