We, the citizens of Starbuck, petition the Starbuck City Council to vote for a city-owned marina.

Because the marina will be located at Lakeshore Park, we feel it should be city-owned.

A city-owned marina will:

• Generate revenue for our city
• Compliment our present marina - not compete
• Provide financial opportunities for ALL local businesses
• Give the city flexibility in the management of the marina

We feel a city-owned marina is what is best for Starbuck.
