Dont you hate when you watch t.v. and you hear about the animal shelters because another careless owner dont take care of their animals? Just maybe this petition will get the word out and let people realize that if you know you dont get much money dont worry about getting a animal they dont deserve to be mistreated so if you can barely afford to take care of you or your family dont even bother getting a pet because it will be bad on you and the animal!!!
