We are going to need more steel to fulfil even Tory promises of new Railways and Housing. The policy of NOT SUPPORTING THE UK STEEL PLANTS is short-term planning for millionaires who are making money by short-supply of housing, especially in London.

Support for this statement was agreed unanimously at a meeting of 50 trade unionists in Barnsley last night, with leading officals from BFAWU, UCU, NUM, FBU, NUT and UNITE present.
