Thank you Cathy you exactly right. At the beginning of school they make the students and parents sign a paper saying that they will not bully another person. I went to school the day before the fight happened i had just been home from the hospital from surgery because of battling cancer and even though i could barely walk i went to that school sat there for an.hour and a half for nothing. They did nothing. Thank you for your kind words and i will do whatever i have to for my daughter. Now we are both being bullied. I'm being bullied by the justice system. I tell my daughter to stand up to her bully and now I'm facing 10yrs in prison had to pay for a lawyer. Where is Savannah and my justice!?! We didn't get any. The bully won and now the mother is wining. You are exactly right. Thank youfor your comment

Bullies never get what they deserve. If our society was stricter on this issue we wouldn't have to worry about our kids going to school etc.

All these anti-bullying rules and ect sound great when a speaker or school system does the presentation but they do not enforce the rules that they as a state or school system sets forth. I applaud you Karen for one raising a child with the inner strength and courage to not let herself be walked on anymore and for the courage not to take the other road that so many of our bullyied children are taking now adays. Much love and luck to you as a mother to a mother, and I hope many blessings follow you as you set off on this court venture.

I do not know you savannah but know your mom and family and i know u are a great kid keep your head up high I know that you have a lot of people that love you i will stand up with you against it any day god bless you and your family and sorry you've had to go through this just remember you have a great family behind you and Friends
