Lekav zechut first. Yosef hatsadik could not be innocent before men but we know it from Hashem. Hopping that Rav Berland can be judged innoncent before the men too to avoid chilul Hashem. Look the videos of Rabbi Glazerson on Youtube, searcher with Torah codes. He explains how Rabbi Berland is beloved by Hashem and victim of Erev Rav who is fighting agains Torah just before Mashiach. Type Rabbi Glazerson then Rabbi Berland (several videos with clear Torah codes).

The rav is someone one could and should have trust in. Our rabbies tell us in order to see if a Rabbi is good or not look at his students . The mishna in avos says, what is the difference between the students of Abraham avinu and bilham? reb eliyahu lapian comments on that mishna, that in a rabbi themselves it can be hard to tell if they are an Abraham or a bilham. In order to really know if that "rabbi" is good or bad, says reb eliyahu lapian, look at the students of that rabbi. Anyone who was a student and was mikabel from the rav is a ohev yisroel and has yiras shomayim. (Also one must note the difference of a student(one there to learn) and a non stusent(one there for other reasons) . It is clear to all that harav reb eliezer berland is an Awsome wonder and a beacon of light.
Praiseworthy is one who drinks from the waters of the rav.
