I crashed my car drunk and didn't hurt anyone and couldn't drive for 2 years..cost 15,000$..! This man KILLED SOMEONE. PUT HIM IN JAIL!

This guy shouldn't get anything dismissed. He should have to face the consequences. He killed megan. How is dismissing all charges and giving his license back justice? He choose to drive a boat intoxicated. Megan didnt choose to die.
