I think we should rather charge and punish CII because they never afforded SANHA the right to respond. Mufti AK Hoosen is very knowledgeable and a beacon of knowledge but unfortunately he has over time become arrogant that it's his way or the highway. Maybe it's the ego starting to show. The "yes men" management of CII hang on to his every word and sometimes are scared to question him otherwise they'll be criticized on air and will have to take themselves to the Broadcasting complaints commission ;)
Remember we are all Insaan and we all make mistakes. Mufti unfortunately is not diplomatic and then casts aspersions without the Haqq
