It is so sad that Muslims are battling against Ulema in non-muslim court. اَللَّه سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَال make it easy for Mufti and اَللَّه سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَال save us from all the haraam around us that even fellow muslims are condoning.

Wether sanha is right or wrong, The people posting here should rather fear for themselves. Without asking or giving sanha the opportunity to speak and clarify, every person writing negative remarks against ulama should fear Allah!! Who r we to decide between ulama. Pls refrain from eating the flesh of ulama!

the duty taken upon our learned scholars is to protect the umah, especially the ignorant, where it seems in todays time the numbers are vast, proof of this is the mere fact of the current situation. if it is such that sanha being the ulamma to ensure that these production plants are adhering to regulations to ensure that the muslim ummah are consuming halaal, but instead is about montery gain, then almighty allah has a special place in jahannam for them. mufthi hoosen, don't worry allah is with you
