Stupid idea will stop enjoyment and possibly cause trouble in towns or cities around ground at least in grounds police n stewards can keep control better

I presume this will apply to all sports such as cricket & Rugby where you are already allowed to drink within sight of the pitch unlike football

It's bad enough in Scotland that we cannot drink in the ground I support rangers and couldn't imagine watching them sober so British police stick it up your hole
