I think what you are doing is a beautiful thing and I feel it would be crazy to fine someone who is doing no harm to anyone or anything. May everyone enjoy your rock sculptures.

There are plenty of art galleries in Connecticut.
This goes against respecting natures motto, "leave only footprints, take only pictures"

Moving any rocks in or around river is not only a town ordainance, but also federally ILLEGAL.
That's like me having a pention to be able to speed in my vehicle.... it's against the law for a reason!
Keep your art in a gallery, not in an ecosystem!

It disgusts me that there are people who have the time of day to complain to the cops about something so small. SMH... For once someone is doing something positive and productive at Rockwell park and people have the nerve to really bash him about it. Ridiculous... Keep building those rocks ! Such an amazing master piece and u should be rewarded not frowned upon
