Do you care about the truth?

Several vendors, if not all of us have lost significant money at Boston Winter 2017. We all know that the market didn't live up to our expectations and that visitors number were very low. Yet, TD Garden has reported to the press on 12/26/2017 that the event was a sounding success and that it was set to attract 500,000 visitors this year!

Boston Winter Village Inc. the organizer of the event and its founder Lena Romanova formally denounced the publication of erroneous data, asked the City to investigate the reason of underperformance and the delays caused by TD Garden that hindered the preparation of the event until 6 weeks before it opening to the public on 11/24/2017.

TD Garden took credit for the overall event to collect significant revenues from sponsors such Berkshire, Xfinity and Uber. Boston Winter Village asked TD Garden to compensate those vendors who lost money at the event.

TD Garden has now decided to terminate Boston Winter Village Inc. from Boston Winter 2018 and demanded payment of significant sums.
