Culture is always dynamic. The people opposing 'western culture' clearly prove that with their behavior, language, dress, gadgets, etc. And when we're talking about someone's right to wear something, express something, we must obey by the harm principle.
Therefore, I, hereby,
1. stand beside women's right to freedom of expression, especially in educational institutions,
2. demand a thorough investigation of the students behind the original protest, and that the authorities of NSU take apt measures against them.

It is such a shame that we have these people among us who cannot respect women even after getting quality education. This type of low mentality says that they didn’t receive proper education at all. It says that they are hypocrites. They’ll respect a female faculty because she’s their teacher but they’ll disrespect a female classmate judging on what she’s wearing. These kind of illogical ideals make no sense to me. I feel so much rage inside thinking that we have these people around us and we can do nothing to change their mentality. We have to attend classes with these people. It is so shameful for them and uncomfortable for us at the same time.
