So disappointing to see this happen in Irving ISD

It has become increasingly apparent that there exists a problematic connection between Board President Randy Randel and Superintendent Magda, due to her past employment with his family's company. This relationship raises serious concerns about potential conflicts of interest and the impartiality required for fair governance. For the sake of our children's educational environment and the overall integrity of the district, we must address these issues and seek transparent and accountable leadership.

Employee of Irving ISD, I must express my profound concern over instances of racial insensitivity demonstrated by our Superintendent. Such behavior is not only deeply troubling but also contradicts the foundational values of equity and respect that our district advocates.

As a parent and educator within Irving ISD, I am compelled to express my deep concerns regarding the unfair practices perpetuated by the Superintendent towards her staff. It has become increasingly difficult to align myself with a district that condones such disparities in treatment. There is a critical need for immediate and profound change in leadership to foster a fair and supportive environment.

I’m an Irving graduate, parent. It all changes with time. But I do agree we need a change and the Board has TOO much power. it’s going on all over the nation and we get it. But just like Irving’s motto “see something say something” We are saying we are not happy with what Irving stands for anymore. “Doing more with less” the new way they want to burn out employees doing a 2 person job. Do better Irving. Half of the leadership team doesn’t even work well with eachother how can they guide the district when they can’t even work together..Magda is kind but it’s time to go. Clean house..

As both a parent and an educator within Irving ISD, I find myself unable to support or work for a district that allows the current level of injustice emanating from the leadership at the central office. It is imperative that we seek substantial change to address these concerns.

Fairness in all aspects in the work area should be given to all individuals in the work area.

That is sad that the 3 stooges. Natividad, Dr. Martinez and Magda have ruined Irving ISD.

I have seen first hand the discrimination and lack of professionalism from Magda and her cabinet. The favoritism played was evident and the illegal activities of continued threats, the creation of a toxic environment that a person had to endure is just ridiculous. How this person can even hold a leadership role is beyond me. These leaders are far too protected and the board also needs to be held accountable. Unfortunately most parents and students aren’t aware but enough is enough. These people have to go as this lady and her cohorts are impacting student’s lives and their education.
