Changing the sitting arrangement of the staff so that they sit according to their level will cause the staff to have little interaction with colleagues who are not of the same level. Eg. We will have Chinatown, Little India and Geylang Serai Zone in the staffroom as Mother Tongue teachers are made to sit together. It is also a hassel for teachers to pack and unpack at the end of the year. There are already platforms to promote interaction among staff in the same level.
