I might not have young children but have elderly and very ill family members but that's not why I am protesting about the lack of parking permits. Working 12 plus hours shifts and cannot get there before 7 am. I understand visitors need parking to see sick relatives but you need staff to provide care too

I work shifts as a midwife, have 2 children to drop off before work and pick up after work...no idea how I will manage this using public transport.

It's ridiculous that staff are not allowed to park, what would they do with less staff than they have, I love my job but need my car so I can drop off an pick my son up and if it comes down to it I love my job but my son is more important, Iam also on reduced hours due to a prolapsed disc but rather than be signed off Iam on rehab hours and this is the thanks the staff get for their hard work!!!!

I think it is wrong that medical professionals who don't earn huge salaries have to pay for parking to do their jobs!
