I leave much earlier as I live over an hour away, so to make sure I'm at work on time I need to leave minimum 2 hours before my shift

half an hour is normal and incase if you missed it another extra 45 mins

I am having difficulty with access to the staff car park bus, I have to come to work 30 minutes -1 hour early each shift, and I have to wait for the bus 15-30 minutes after the end of my shift.
