I am having difficulty with access to the staff car park bus, I have to come to work 30 minutes -1 hour early each shift, and I have to wait for the bus 15-30 minutes after the end of my shift.

I have been hearing stories from so many of you who are losing hours of your personal time just waiting for this bus. I am currently compiling these experiences to present directly to management because the current schedule is simply not sustainable for those of us working long shifts.

Seeing so many of you echo my frustration with these ridiculous commute times hits hard. Knowing I am not the only one forced to sacrifice my personal hours just to get to my desk validates why I started this.

Every night I finish work at midnight but at that time the bus is gone, either I have to wait for about half an hour or walk. This situation needs to be resolved.
l dont have a problem starting early but only allowing me to get from t4 tearoom to bus stop with a walking stick in less then 4 min is cruel and dangerous for me e d grah
The concern is with staffcarpark bus coming every 30 minutes are; -waiting approximately extra 30 minutes in the cold -the bus is also getting more cramped and social distancing is non existence which is a concern specialy with Covd at the moment
I used to be able to take my time and felt calm at the start of my shift . Now I find myself rushing. It's extremely aggravating and creates anxiety.
We should be given either T4 or long term car park. I finish at 5am and don’t get to the carpark until after 5:30 am which means I get home at 6am and I’m only 15 minutes away from the airport. Coming to work means I have to leave home extra early to get work

I am a heart patient I have an ICD device implanted in me I can’t be in stressful situations and I can’t walk fast get out of breath when I start my shift I normally sms my supervisor with a copy of my license and ASIC and say I’m at my location last week I got told by Issy that I have to come to the office for her to verify my documents then before that I just missed the bus so I called Jacob to tell him I may be late but he very of hand said to me don’t worry mate you won’t be. I was already panicking when the bus left all I wanted was assurance and support I never been late he never ever comforts anyone if the bus was running like before I would not be complaining.

Too many people on the bus, no social distancing. Ling term car parks are completely empty, we should be parking there as we always used to before covid era. No contact n we can walk to work
