Deutschland kauft gestohlene Bankkundendaten. Damit stiftet unser grösster Nachbar zum wirtschaftlichen Nachrichtendienst gegen die Schweiz an und fördert die aktive Korruption von Bankangestellten. Als Bürgerinnen und Bürger sind wir zutiefst besorgt über diesen Umgang einer befreundeten Nation. Dieses Verhalten nehmen wir nicht hin. Daher fordern wir eine Klage der Schweiz gegen Deutschland beim Internationalen Gerichtshof wegen:
- Verletzung der UNO-Charta
- Verletzung der UNO-Menschenrechtspakte I und II
- Verletzung des Strafrechtsübereinkommens über Korruption
- Verletzung des Doppelbesteuerungsabkommens
- Verletzung des Europäischen Rechtshilfeübereinkommens
Wir fordern: Gestützt auf UNO-Resolution 56/83 zur Verantwortlichkeit der Staaten für völkerrechtswidrige Handlungen soll Deutschland alle Daten und Kopien zurück geben.

De cette manière, notre plus grand pays voisin n’hésite pas échafauder un service de renseignement économique contre la Suisse et entérine de ce fait une corruption active des employés de banques. Comme citoyens, nous sommes soucieux des bonnes relations avec nos pays amis. Nous n’acceptons pas le comportement de l’Allemagne. A ce titre, nous demandons que la Suisse dépose, dans les trois mois, une plainte contre l'Allemagne pour
- Violation de la Charte des Nations Unis
- Violation du Pacte des Nations Unies relatif aux droits de l'homme I et II
- Violation de la Convention pénale sur la corruption
- Violation de la Convention de double imposition
- Violation de la Convention européenne d’entraide judiciaire
Nous exigeons, sur la base de la résolution 56/83 des Nations Unies sur la responsabilité de l’État pour fait internationalement illicite, que l’Allemagne restitue toutes les données et les copies.

The numbers are creeping up and honestly I keep checking the screen because it is wild to see so many people actually annoyed by this behavior. If we hit the thousand mark before the next press cycle begins it will be impossible for them to ignore that we are not just some fringe group venting into the void.

We are getting so close to the one hundred mark and it honestly feels like things are finally catching some real momentum if everyone here just grabs one person they know to sign this thing right now. It is wild to me that we are still dealing with this international nonsense but if we hit triple digits today it might actually force some people in power to stop ignoring the blatant violations happening right across the border.

Diebstahl ist Diebstahl egal ob staatlich oder nicht. Das muss vor ein internationales Gericht.
unglaublich dass sowas heute noch passiert. wo bleibt der respekt vor dem bankkundengeheimnis?
Endlich macht mal jemand was. Deutschland benimmt sich wie ein Raubritter.
Es reicht langsam. Deutschland denkt wohl sie können sich alles erlauben. Das ist einfach nur kriminell.
Das ist ein absoluter Skandal. Unser Nachbarland sollte sich schämen für diesen Diebstahl!

vollkommen richtig. wir müssen uns gegen dieses unrecht wehren. die daten müssen sofort zurückgegeben werden.
