Bring pokerstops back, it doesn't affect the seals and it's across from the lighthouse.

The stops in question are not located close to the seal resting ground. Please put the stops back and they were genuinely creating a good community spirit in the area. Regards Neil kipling

As mentioned in the original document myself, my friends and their children would frequent the lighthouse for a couple of hours some evenings. We never ever bothered travelling over to the gym on the island itself, the main interest was the three pokestops which were conveniently close to each other and the many rarer spawns that we typically do not see (charmander/dratini/cuboneetc). I personally was not aware of there being any protected wildlife, there are no signs in the immediate area to suggest this nor any other kind of reason for not wanting people to visit. There are very few accessible area's with such good variety in our area and hardly any that offer such beautiful surroundings/beach/sea for the kids to play in, it was a total win/win situation and I'm deeply saddened by the loss. The funny thing is we still occasionally go there just to check the regular spawns and I know many others who do the same so what was the point of removing them in the first place?.

I've never seen st Mary's as busy. It's a positive thing that the stops are there it brings community's together and good for the businesses there

I agree that the seal habitat at St Mary's is important but by no means do I think that the poke masters went anywhere near them. Bringing back the pokestops helps the burger/ice cream genders aswell as the council through parking intake!!!

I am one of said friends in question and I can honestly say that it is disappointing to have something which caused nothing but happiness and positivity, removed in the name of 'seals' which have not been affected by the Pokéstops in question. It makes virtually no sense. Let's say that for whatever reason, St. Mary's Lighthouse started attracted 200-300 visitors at any one time, per day for reasons such as 'tourism' and 'a day out' what would happen? Would they then completely ban people from the lighthouse/car park completely? Bring back the Pokéstops!
