Geesh it only comes once a year. They shut our parade down ad well tell them shut the bridge run down that last for hours hours and you can't get into mt pleasant

This shouldn't even be an issue! Keep our traditions alive!

This is a tradition that should not be taken away ! Although I now reside in West Ashley, Johns island is still my home and I enjoy attending the parades every single year to support my family and friends ! Why take away an event that brings so much peace and joy for the young and the old ?

The St. John's High Homecoming parade is an Johns/Wadmalaw Island tradition. The parade has always traveled from Haut Gap Middle to St. John's High the Friday afternoon before the homecoming game. It's a shame a community gathering is being sacrificed for a few who lack school spirit and hometown pride.

This is a tradition we have for years now we have more building and cultures on the the island Nada it should not be eliminated.

Maintain current route. It’s an hour and a half each year. If they can close the streets of NYC twice a year I think we can manage somehow.
