As Nemours has expanded and more staff working near the new tower, it would be a benefit for the St. Helena's ELC parents (associates of Nemours) to be able to park near the ARB. Since the parking near the Helipad is no longer needed for Physician parking, we are petitioning to use this area.

It has been noted that Nemours Associates have the ability to park in the Astra Zeneca Parking area and are therefor close to that building for pick up and drop off. This benefit should also be provided for the St. Helena's ELC that is also on the grounds of Nemours. We pay for this day care and should have the benefits of being able to park near our children, in case of emergencies or poor weather conditions.

We would love this to be an agenda item in September for a solution this Fall and will also benchmark other on-site ELCs to see how this is handled.
