It is time that the leaders in St. Cloud insist that all individuals resettling in St. Cloud come in legally. The citizens have a right to know how many are in St. Cloud and what it is costing the taxpayer.

I am not a racist but as a FYI. I am a real estate broker and I have been asked at times recently from potential buyers about the economic climate, rentals and if the refugee population is effecting the housing market. This is an discussion that I can not express my views as it is a violation of MN laws but I do want to tell you that I do see some buyers choose to relocate elsewhere. I have not sold any homes to the refugee population. I have been told they do not believe in paying interest. I think diversity is needed in our community but I think also that it is a good idea to think about the community that will be created for the future.

The invasion of people unwilling to swear fealty to this country must be curtailed. The fact remains that the majority of these persons cannot pass a background check.

I have had poor health the past couple years & can give first hand knowledge of how difficult it is to obtain medical care in this area. Resources “are” stretched. We plan to move out of the area of mass migration & high taxation. Unfortunately some do goodness can’t see the forest for the trees & the long term damage being done. They will live to regret this.

As tax payers we have the right to know how our tax dollars are being used. And not allowing us to know
the truth regarding this matter is taxation without representation. We are concerned that with businesses closing and less people working,
we tax payers are being taxed more. We have a new school that we are
required to pay for even though we thought that the amount we were taxed before was enough to
maintain the old building . We deserve to know the truth now not
after the fact. What is your budget and can you stick to it?? Frankly, we tax payers do not have deep pockets
and many of us live on a budget. If we want something, we
can’t afford we save and wait until we can. We don’t have the privilege of raising
taxes so that someone else can pay for it.

This is top-down. GLOBAL. REGIONAL. LOCAL. The refugee resettlement program is a lucrative business. Nonprofits reap not only private funding but millions of tax dollars in the resettlement business.
Wake up people! This has nothing to do with charity and everything to do with the unsustainable welfare-warfare state.

There are way more than 225 "refugees" in St. Cloud, it is well above 2,225 and I'm tired of paying for all this.
