I would like the owners to be able to vote on this. I worry that this will restrict my future plans and ability to sell.

My husband and I object to the manner in which this proposal has Ben rolled out and the lack of solid evidence for implementing the program.

Unit #2206 We are strongly against limiting ability to lease our condo and have sent an email to the board outlining our concerns. My wife will also sign. Thank you for bringing this to everyone's attention and hope all owners are aware of this (we heard from our renter who heard from her neighbor).

I am an owner that is more concerned about resale value and a sense of community than I am about being able to lease my unit. However, I am greatly concerned that a decision as substantial as this was made without owner input. I am in agreement that this needs to be discussed further

We respectfully agree that a decision of such consequence warrants a transparent, fact-based dialogue.
