Fort Valley State College alum but I stand with Savannah State. We also need to bring USG to task for underfunding GA HBCUs for all these years - Thanks

$11M deficit?? How?? The lack of transparency from both President Washington’s is unacceptable and unprofessional. The media needs to be invited to this meeting in May and Alumni need immediate answers on why we have not been filled in on what’s going on at Savannah State. #SSUProud

SSU-NAA needs new leadership. Current president is a joke. Challenge the admin and get Kimberly Ballard Washington’s ass out of Savannah she’s sinking the school fast

Alumni Association is old outdated and needs younger and stronger leadership. This is why you can’t get younger folks to join. It should not take a petition to have a Zoom link added to a meeting in 2023. Embarrassing do better SSUNAA.

I believe I saw a previous announcement of a hybrid May meeting. I can see the rationale and understand that travel could be a financial and schedule burden for those outside of the campus area.

The issues at hand are worthy of attention of as many alums as possible. I have another event on May 5 (that ends around 9pm) and I will not be attending the May meeting on May 6. I would have to leave home late Friday night or early Saturday morning to arrive on time for the session. Please consider the option per the position. Thanks
