I took out a loan on a piano in 2008, in 2015 SST assumed control of the loan. The piano and the interest have now been paid off but SST claims I owe them 24,000 plus in "penalties and missed payments" Every time you try to communicate with them, they are evasive and duplicitous.

I tried to call my payment in and it said that my phone number was not reconized to an account,..I called back and gave another number and it said the same thing,..I did this four times. Then I went on line and was locked out. I wrote down the password so I should not have been wrong, I really tried and even tried to reregister. I think that they do this on purpose you one has to pay a late fee !I called the number they gave for a customer representative and it said the same thing the payment number said.! It doesn't even give a representative option! I am really pissed. Millions are gained to the in late fees a year! It is possibly there system! No one can get through

I have had nightmares with this company, series of companies(?) for almost 10 years. They appear to have opened Fraudulent accounts using my name, and constantly re-age them and change the report name and numbers.

Same here. My balance keeps jumping up and I cant get anyone on the phone to explain why. They just hang up on me.

They bought my old WaMu account and suddenly I have late fees even though I never got a statement in the mail. The website never works. Total scam.
