Its Time...
I don't belong to either "camp".
I def don't feel negative to the the leaders themselves as people, just their behaviour. Time for a positive change. :-)

We as office bearers have seen alot of change during our years serving Swami in South Africa. We are also concerned about pur leadership and the happenings of late. We were also asked to contribute stipulated amounts towards major functions at regional and national level. Swami says always plan activities within ones capacity.

We are going through some challenging times resulting in the breakdown of family, societal, organisational and political values thus plunging our world into an never ending crises and chaos. It is very difficult as individuals to navigate through these challenges from day to day. Most not lose the hope of attaining peace in such a challenging environment be it local or global. But our faith must lie in the teachings of Bhagwan Shri Sathya Sai Baba, one of which is the discipline of SILENCE. When we feel the dizzy spin of chaos around ...
we must be still...we must be silent. Not only will this grant us inner peace but the vibrations of our SILENCE will permeate the environment around us to restore calm and peace to all.
Be Still.....be Silent.

I am disappointed with the way our senior leadership is behaving. My family is victim of their bad decisions. As a youth and leader at my centre it hurts when people victimise you and hence I don't have support of my family because leaders start to BANNED members from getting involved in the organisation

It is sad when the "leadership" of the organisation cannot practice one of Swamis greatest teaching that is "Love all Serve All". It is almost a case that if you do not adhere to their ways, then you are labelled and thrown out. You are made to feel guilty as if Swami himself disowns you. Bullies in White.

It is really sad to see how the basic teachings of our Beloved Bhagawan are overlooked and it is no longer about love and seva but about pomp, fair and glamorous events. The hallmark of the Sri Sathya Sai Organization is seva however it seems that this has taken a back seat. How can you on one end hold roadshows to highlight the importance of the Sathya Sai schools and plead to devotees to financially support the schools and then on the other end hold an event of such a magnitude. How is this showing “gratitude” to Swami. It is also quite shocking that devotees are being categorized as VIP. What makes someone a VIP devotee, is it popularity and financial status? Our beloved Bhagawan never differentiated between is children so how can this now happen.
From the response to this letter, it is obvious that the purpose of this letter is misconstrued. I doubt the aim is to focus solely on the upcoming event but more a plea to restore love and dharma. A restoration of an organization that focuses on Swami’s teachings and creating opportunities and platforms to take His mission forward and not one that is based on social activities.

As youth of this country, I find it really embarrassing and heart sore at the state of our organisation and it's leadership. It is really sad to see Swami's golden teachings being misused for personal gain. Our organisation was once lead by knowledgeable and integral people. Please bring such people back, as they were role models and we youngsters should aspire to be like.

This needs attention by the Snr leadership in Prashanthi. This cannot continue.
