This is absolutely horrible and Sayreville should be held responsible for this families trauma, anytime time off that the parents need to take care of there child should be compensated and any medical expenses . Taxes go up in town where does the money go ? Maybe some accountability here will put a fire under the town to do something ?? Let's see ... Especially when this hits social media.

I went to the meeting the night they finalized the budget for this year and they said it was too late to move any money around ,but will look into for next year, here we are next year will be here. Every person in this organization needs to show up at the next meeting and speak on thier child's behalf!!!!

How dare they. The child in question was MY SON. He fractured his foot, lost his whole season!! They promised to look at this and supposedly found $30,000 for us , where is the money? What did they do??? Nothing. I guess my loud mouth will have to go back and ask what these people did for our kids. I'm sorry but ssc is at fault as well. No one came to back me up , not one person!!! I called them out on where the funding goes for all sports and no one had any responce. I'm so angry reading this. SO ANGRY !!!!

I grew up playing soccer in Sayreville. I learned many good lessons on the field which has served me well. Investing in the fields is investing in the future. New Jersey has a very strong tradition in soccer. The future Carli Lloyd or Alexi Lalas could be in our town.

My son plays there and loves it but they need the financial help. The fields are getting runned down. The crew there does a great job but it can only go so far with the finances they have. Thank you

Please fix the fields. Let's have better facilities in our town. The town officials should not let town facilities deteriorate, otherwise it will not attract residents and business. This needs to be fixed asap.
