I really did not think this would gain this much steam but here we are and it is honestly wild to see so many people who actually care about getting stock mode fixed. It feels like we are finally getting somewhere with this and I keep refreshing the page just to see people talking about how badly they want this change (seriously the comments are so relatable).

literally just add a stock mode option it cant be that hard...
Getting sick of people just running away in timed mode. stocks only would be way better
it makes no sense to not have stock. who even plays timed matches for fun lol
PLS NINTENDO. IT WOULD BE SO MUCH BETTER!
timed mode is literally garbage i just wanna play stocks with my friends when i go online
pls pls would make me play smash so much more ..

i havent played online in months cause of this. fix it.
