Totally disappointed service of all ISP of Sri Lanka.
Strongly believe that ISP should not divided dats in to two portions since customers are paying for data bundles of whole package.if its customers should have rights to bought data recharge cards separatly such as day and night.then customers are choose card type based on their requirement.

කාඩ් දාන එකේ ඉවරයක් නෑ. news site වලට ගිහින් FB ගිහින් එනකොට data ඉවරයි. youtube ගියා වගේ fb ගියාම Data කැපෙන්නේ.

I am a SLT internet user in this month (march) I didn't download any and only use FB and YouTube they say that my usage is 33.9GB..witch that is no way acceptable..I am quite sure srilanka telecom has cheat..I want to complain that matter

dialog isp must have an issue with their system. I did have lost my 14GB data on last night without doing heavy download. You should get an immediate action against them

My SLT data bundle got over and I had to request extra 5GB because i work from home and I have to use the Accounting System according to the instructions given by my workplace..I did not use YouTube Facebook or anything but purely for my office work only I used internet.But it got over within 4 days where I cannot understand as the accounting system does not required much data..I’m requesting to solve this problem where these companies act in a very unfair manner to our people.

Instead of divided night/day time data, we need complete package as we pay.

Charge accurate fees for internet. ISP should remove day & night packages and introduce new packages with anytime data plans

Im using dialog broadband service. 30GB Day Time & 30 GB Night Time package. Day Time 30GB finished in 15 days without downloading single film. Used only for FB, You Tube.
