We religiously fish Toledo and understand how invasive the Salvinia, but spraying in areas that are not infested is causing harm to other animals and plants that are needed to create a healthy ecosystem. Please explain why we are spraying areas without any salvina present and why hundreds upon hundreds of turtles of different species are washing ashore dead?

I live here on Toledo Bend and pay taxes in Sabine County. I feel like I have the right to know why the spraying is being done.
This lake is where many get their tap water from. How scary!? Let's drink and bathe with round up, a known toxic, carcinogenic, endocrine disruptor.
