I'd rather wait an additional 5 seconds for traffic to clear out than to hear one more precious person was killed because of this intersection. Change the light system! Help us be safer in this area PLEASE!

I have witnessed accidents and have been involved in too many near misses, at this intersection. Don't wait until the toll road is completed to address this critical issue.

Also the Argyle and Old Muddleburg. You can never see traffic. It changes from green arrow to green light. Needs a red arrow

While I fully support signing this petition, I have to wonder why we even have to ask for this...there has been an accident at this intersection for years now, the construction has only made it worse...does this department not review statistics or trends to see if anything might need to be changed?? I would venture to say at least one accident every week, sometimes more...I saw one this past weekend where a car was on its side, and now one last night where people lost a family member...what will it take to get someone who gives a damn about safety to go look and make a simple light change that is years overdue? Just make the turn signal last about 20-30 seconds and then go yellow and then Full RED until the next cycle...or even better make it of those intersections where only one side turns left at a time while the other side has the red light....this cannot be that hard to change....

My 8 year old son just lost his school friend on 7/10/17 due to the traffic pattern and green yield when turning left due to blind spots. I have had to slam on breaks several of times going strait through this intersection as well due to these blind spots when people are turning left.

Absolutely the most dangerous intersection that I travel through. Sight line is terrible when there is traffic waiting to turn in both directions. Simple solution would be to dissolve the green arrow turning left / right and only allow turning when through traffic is stopped in both directions.

It needs to be looked at. I know there are lot of careless drivers in that area. I'm not only worried about the commuters but the workers in that area.
