How would you feel if someone broke into your home and began to use it like they purchased it without your knowledge? -Fraudulent rental/lease agreement -Establish utilities illegally -Putting your kids in the community in danger, your property value, safety, and serenity of your investment at risk. Don't let it be a bank owned property that the bank started the foreclosure proceeding then decided to write it off as a loss to save money, because then they can legally stay as long as they pay the taxes on the home. We know that crime invites other forms of criminality rape, molestation break INS, violence, home invasion, vandalism, and stolen vehicles. Our communities need harsher laws to make this a crime that carries stiffer penalties. We need the solicitor and prosecutors in regards to squatters to take a stance on unauthorized people occupying homes illegally.
