Demand Gaslight Property Install Exterior Security Cameras and Secure All Entrances at Spyglass Residence
As countless criminal break-ins have occurred at Spyglass Properties, local police have called it "absolutely crazy" not to install cameras, hire police detail, or even put up warning signs at this residence due to the frequency of criminal activity on the premises. Local Cincinnati police have advised residents to sign this petition demanding that Gaslight Property stop avoiding responsibility and immediately begin the process of installing cameras and signs, as well as fix broken doors and make sure that all entrances to the property are properly secured and automatically locked.
To take further action, you may call the Hamilton County Municipal Help Center at 513-946-5650 and request legal information, as well as call the local Cincinnati Police Department to offer any evidence or gain further information about the constant criminal activity on these premises.

My car got broken into on my first day of moving in back in April, and to hear it's still happening makes me feel uncomfortable to live here. Gaslight Properties need to show that they care about the people who live here.

It's the law. Pursuant to O.R.C 5321.04 (3) Landlord Obligations, The landlord who is a party to a rental agreement shall "Keep all common areas of the premises in a safe and sanitary condition"
With the multiple car break ins and the outside doors always being broken, brings up the concern that break ins inside the building will begin.

This has been an ongoing problem for far too long. We pay to live in a secured building and Gaslight has been promising new entrance doors since they bought the building in 2011. I also agree that we may start having apartment break-ins if something isn't done immediately. For the first time in 20 years, I no longer feel safe here.
