Are you having trouble with your Sprint PCS service and are stuck with a service contract or phone contract. Have you tried calling Sprint and they are of no help at all. They have you going through the same process, they tell you that their have checked the towers and the service area is good. They try to find 100 excuses and you still are having the same issues.
